PKSF and its Partner Organizations (POs) have announced a support package of BDT 2,422.7 crore for emergency relief and rehabilitation in the flood-affected areas of Sylhet and Chattogram divisions.
This package includes a grant support of BDT 3 crore for emergency healthcare, BDT 2 crore contribution to the Chief Advisor’s Relief and Welfare Fund for government-led relief efforts, and soft loan assistance of BDT 416.7 crore for post-flood rehabilitation. Additionally, PKSF’s POs in the affected regions are expected to disburse BDT 2,000 crore under their regular loan programs.
